Our Limoncello features fresh lemons from Camellia Groves in Winter Haven, FL. Martha and Joe Burke specialize in Harvey lemons and produce them on their 35-acre farm year-round. The Burkes are committed to growing as close to organic as possible and use no pesticides.

Aging is an important part of all our Florida-distilled whiskeys, giving them their unique aroma and flavor. Our barrels are purchased from Barrel Mill out of Minnesota.

Our Blue Mountain Beach Bourbon is made up primarily of corn. We source all of our corn from Murphy Farms, out of Wisconsin. This family-run farm has been providing fresh produce for over 35 years.

Our Peach Vodka is entering its second year of being your summertime must-have. Unlike other flavored vodkas, we make ours with fresh peaches from Chilton County, Alabama. Grown without pesticides, these peaches make for a juicy sweet vodka.

Our Agave Spirits are made with 100% agave that is ethically sourced from Mexico. Due to the increased popularity of tequila and agave spirits, it’s important to harvest agave in a replenishing and environmentally friendly way. We work with villages in Mexico that grow infant agave plants in a nursery, then transfer them to grow in the wild when they’re ready, creating a healthy cycle of growth, harvesting, and replacing.
